Compression Molding the Silicone
The prepared silicone material is placed into a heated mold. Under controlled heat and pressure, the silicone gradually takes the shape and texture of the trivet mat.
This compression molding process helps create a consistent shape, clear surface details, and durable construction.
Demolding and Finishing
Once the molding cycle is complete, the mat is carefully removed from the mold. Any excess silicone around the edges is trimmed to create a clean and even finish.
The finished mats are then checked for surface defects, shape consistency, and overall quality.
