Product Assembly
Before packaging, each component is assembled according to the product structure. Workers check that the silicone parts and accessories are positioned correctly and securely fitted.
Visual Inspection
The assembled product is checked for visible defects, incorrect assembly, surface contamination, or missing components. This step helps identify issues before the product is placed into its retail packaging.
Individual Packaging
After inspection, the product is placed into a protective bag and packed inside an individual retail box. Appropriate packaging helps protect the product during storage, handling, and transportation.
